About us
Trans-San began its operations in 2000, providing transport services across Poland and Europe.
In 2013, the company expanded its operations by starting the production of cardboard packaging and paper cores.
Our first investments focused on expanding the machinery park used for the production of cardboard packaging. The use of modern solutions allows us to meet the needs of our Clients and manufacture products that fulfill all their requirements. The modern machinery park enables us to produce corrugated cardboard packaging, 2-ply, 3-ply, and 5-ply, with prints according to the Clients’ wishes.
The next stage of investment was the purchase of a machinery park for the production of spirally wound paper cores, which are used for winding various materials (e.g., fibers, tapes, films, labels, papers, cables) or can be used in packaging processes (posters, leaflets, maps, documents).
In 2015, Trans-San transformed into a company, changing its name to Trans-San Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.
Another stage of the company’s development was the investment in a stretch film production line. This investment expanded the company’s portfolio with new products. Since 2017, the company has introduced new products to the market, such as jumbo, machine, manual stretch films, and mini-raps. The wide capabilities of the new line make it possible to produce films with various properties, such as thickness, durability, and color.
Thanks to our commitment, we have gained a wide group of satisfied Clients and established stable cooperation with recognized companies in our region. We ensure high quality of our products at attractive prices.
In 2023, the company installed a new stretch film production line.
With this new investment, the company has the ability to produce stretch film without the use of paper cores.
PCR film
(ecological)
The production of PCR [post-consumer recycled] film involves the use of PCR regranulate, i.e., granulate obtained from waste recycling.
The use of high-quality regranulate makes it possible to produce film of equally high quality, maintaining excellent parameters just like classic stretch film made from virgin granulate.

CORELESS stretch film
(manual)
Coreless stretch film is a tube-free film, which makes it particularly useful, economical, and most importantly, environmentally friendly.
Cardboard cores used for winding stretch film generate waste that creates additional disposal costs. To minimize these problems, we recommend using coreless stretch film.

According to the DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/904 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 June 2019, regulations will be introduced to ensure that products generate as little waste as possible. Products that do not comply with these regulations will gradually be removed from the market.
According to market forecasts, the share of stretch film may increase by around 5% by 2030, and its current use is already enormous, which makes this product particularly exposed to strict regulations. Stretch film is already covered by a special EU directive No. 94/62/EC.

Stretch film
(machine)
Stretch film is one of the most popular packaging materials. It is characterized by high durability and elasticity. The film we produce is of very high quality. Our assortment includes both manual and machine film.
Machine stretch film is designed for automatic wrapping, characterized by high strength. It secures palletized loads and protects them from dirt and adverse weather conditions.
